blueworks now authorized sales and implementation partner for CONCORN SNOW in Switzerland and Estonia
We’re very happy to announce that effective immediately, blueworks is now an authorized sales and implementation partner for CONCORN’s SNOW add-on for IT service management with ServiceNow’s product suite and SAP Solution Manager.
CONCORN’s SNOW adapter hooks up your SAP landscape with ServiceNow’s IT service management (ITSM) products. For easier use, SNOW is also preconfigured with CHARM best practices on the intersection point of SAP and ServiceNow.
At the same time, the adapter is fully configurable and ready to be streamlined even for the most complex SAP landscapes. Its functionality includes plenty of practical integrations, such as the ability to create ServiceNow support tickets directly in the SAP user interface, or use data out of the SAP Solution Manager to set up ServiceNow dashboards.
