The alm360 Operations basic package offers you the essential services to maintain and optimize your SAP landscape. With our Service we can ensure that your SAP Cloud ALM is correctly configured, and all systems remain connected seamlessly. As your landscape evolves over time, we will integrate any new systems as needed to your SAP Cloud ALM Tenant. We continuously monitor your SAP landscape for potential security risks by providing information on new Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE’s). In addition to monitoring, we provide our expert support to address and resolve such vulnerabilities, keeping your systems secure and compliant.
The advanced package, including the basic, offers additional support and optimization. This includes our very own blue.works health check – this is based on our own best practice checklist, which provides detailed insights beyond the standard SAP Cloud ALM monitoring. It provides initial analysis of detected exceptions with recommendations for remediation. This also includes databases and Java systems and the validation of backups. Moreover, we ensure that all managed systems are up to date to work best with SAP Cloud ALM. This includes also the implementation of SAP Notes. With the setup of Configuration & Security Analysis, we can make sure that your SAP systems are ready for audit, and this includes quarterly security audits.
