Qalmari and blueworks create first SAP ALM Competence Pool in NORDICS

Tallinn and Turku, 08.01.2020 –  After having had the opportunity to meet at the annual conference of the Finnish SAP user group (FINUG) as well as at SolEd 2019 in Heidelberg, application lifecycle management experts Qalmari and blueworks have decided to enter into a strategic partnership to boost the quality and availability of ALM services for SAP users in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

According to CEO of blueworks Estonia, Kenneth Staub, ALM has the potential to free up financial and other resources in companies in the area. With innovation cycles getting ever shorter and with high demands to flexibility, a clean approach to project management becomes essential, he thinks. “Resource management is a costly and work-intense area. Planning is everything, and that is exactly what SAP’s ALM suite is for, and where it has the power to save money and time,” he says.

Now that SAP customers are entering more and more into the era of S/4 HANA and Agile development, the ALM expertise which our partnership will provide becomes essential to build and run such digital enterprises, says Qalmari CEO and Focused Build Coach Ari Varjonen.

blueworks and Qalmari will now team up in the Nordic markets to create the only experienced SAP Focused Build competence pool in the area, and are all set for the coming industry-wide rush to upgrade to SAP S/4HANA.

With their experience with SMEs as well as large clients, blueworks and Qalmari know exactly where the business pain points of various SAP landscapes are, and can deliver on various ALM as well as maintenance tasks with top quality services and in the shortest of time.

The joint venture is set to expand the availability of SAP Solution Manager as a Managed Service (SMaaMS) in the Nordic markets as well, providing businesses with full-scale ALM services at no additional investment costs for staff and infrastructure.
